Physical products

Contact the store within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Keep the item and packaging while the request is reviewed.

Return eligibility

Unworn and unused physical items may be eligible for return when authorized in advance. Personalized, sanitary, downloadable, or final-sale items may not be returnable except where required by law.

Shipping

Original and return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return. The final shipping charge must be displayed before payment.

Membership

After membership checkout is enabled, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the paid billing period unless a refund or dispute requires earlier suspension.
